Special Offers

March - April and October: 3 nights for the price of 2 on B&B basis (excluding Easter). 01 - 27 May: 4 nights for the price of 3 on B&B basis. Offers not applicable to the Garden Lodge. Offers valid for one discount per person per stay.

Dogs are very welcome, no charge for their stay unless they "modify" the fixtures or fittings! Maximum 3 dogs per room or in the Lodge, at proprietor’s discretion.

We regret that we are not suitable for children under 16.

Should the VAT rate change then the above prices will be amended to reflect the new rate

We accept all major credit cards except Diners Club and Amex.

	All rates are per person and including VAT @ 17.5%.
	All rooms en-suite.
	Add £18.00 per person per night for single occupancy.
	We operate a non-smoking policy throughout the house and Garden Lodge.
	The majority of our rooms are on the first floor, please note there is no lift in the house. We have one ground floor room.
	Dinner is £21.00 per person (3-course meal), served at 7.00pm.
	DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION POLICY: a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation is required to secure a reservation. However, should a booking be cancelled more than 2 months in advance of arrival date the deposit will be refunded, less £5.00 administration fee.
