	Our self catering lodge, completely refurbished in 2005, is situated within the grounds of the house, adjacent to the swimming pool. It comprises a double bedroom and single bedroom, together with a lounge/dining area, kitchenette and a bathroom with shower, w.c. and hand basin.
	Smoking is not permitted in the Lodge.

	Hazyview is a newly refurbished home with stunning views over the Penryn river and the Carrick Roads toward Flushing, St Mawes and the Roseland .
	The house is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in historic Penryn yet is only 10 minutes from Falmouth and the beach
	Accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms (1 en-suite) a fitted kitchen/diner and a large lounge. The kitchen/diner and lounge all enjoy the views



	There is an integral garage, off road parking, rear paved terraced area and front gardens.
	Because of a steep staircase Hazyview is not suitable for children and is expressly non-smoking
	Easier access for the less able is by way of the back door into the kitchen/diner
	Dogs are most welcome at Hazyview but owners must pick up and dispose of dog waste
	Hazyview is owned by Sal & Stuart who use the house regularly in the winter months
